Dr. Ryan Bielecki, D.C.

His own collegiate baseball injuries started a broader clinical interest in musculoskeletal diagnosis, spine, disc and nerve problems, and comprehensive conservative care.

Dr. Ryan Bielecki, D.C., chiropractor and founder of SpineCo: Chiropractic & Performance in Downers Grove, IL

The injury that started it

Before the doctorate, there was collegiate baseball - and recurring knee and shoulder injuries that kept interrupting it. A chiropractic evaluation connected those symptoms with how his spine and pelvis were functioning. That experience changed the questions Dr. Bielecki wanted to ask about injury, movement, and the source of a patient's symptoms.

His athletic background is the origin of the story, not a definition of the ideal SpineCo patient. It led to a broader clinical interest in musculoskeletal diagnosis, spine, disc and nerve problems, and comprehensive conservative care for people trying to function at work, at home, in daily life, or in sport.

The education

Dr. Bielecki studied Biology and Psychology at the University of Saint Mary while playing collegiate baseball — a double major that pairs how the body works with how people actually behave, decide, and recover. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic at National University of Health Sciences, a program known for its evidence-based, clinically rigorous standard.

The practice today

SpineCo is built on a single standard: 100% one-on-one care. Every visit is with Dr. Bielecki. The process begins with a thorough history and examination, continues with a clear explanation of the findings, and leads to a plan only when conservative care is clinically appropriate.

His clinical focus is sciatica, disc injuries, neck and back injuries, auto injuries, and orthopedic conditions. The shared thread is not a particular age or athletic identity; it is a patient who needs careful musculoskeletal evaluation, honest guidance, and an individualized path forward.
