The SpineCo Method
Four phases. One through-line.
Every plan follows the same clinical arc - from a comprehensive evaluation to the appropriate care, functional goals, and follow-up needed to protect progress. The details and timeline remain individual.
Diagnose
A comprehensive history, orthopedic and neurological testing, movement assessment, and imaging review or ordering when clinically appropriate. The goal is to identify the problem, screen for referral needs, and explain the findings before treatment begins.
Restore
The appropriate combination of chiropractic care, non-surgical spinal decompression, focused shockwave therapy, and rehabilitation is selected from the evaluation. No tool is automatic, and the plan changes with the patient's response.
Optimize
Care progresses toward restoring mobility, strength, load tolerance, work capacity, and normal activity. Goals are functional and individualized; there is no universal timeline or promised outcome.
Maintain
Patients receive tools and appropriate follow-up to protect progress. The plan may include home exercise, activity guidance, self-management, and reassessment when needed - not an assumption that every patient requires indefinite care.
From the whiteboard
Hear the framework from the doctor.
Dr. Bielecki walks through his general explanation of chiropractic care and the way SpineCo discusses care planning with patients.
These videos provide general education and describe Dr. Bielecki's clinical perspective. They do not diagnose a condition or promise a particular treatment timeline or outcome. Recommendations, response to care, and follow-up are individualized after evaluation.
We built SpineCo for everyone exhausted with the revolving door healthcare has become.
