Accommodations for people with disabilities

We provide free accommodations to individuals with disabilities, including qualified sign language interpreters and written materials in alternative formats such as large print and audio.

Language assistance

We provide free language interpretation and translation services for patients and visitors whose primary language is not English, to ensure effective communication with all individuals we serve.

How to file a grievance

If you believe you have been treated in a manner that does not comply with this policy, you may file a grievance with our office in person, by mail, by fax, or by email. Contact information is available on our Contact page. Staff are available to assist you in filing a grievance.
